Ms. Watson has over 20 years of healthcare experience, from managing care delivery in hospitals and managed care organizations to her current role as Head of Care Strategy at MCG. Ms. Watson began her career in managed care organizations dealing with claims, flexible spending accounts, customer services and registration services. She also has experience with three major payer organizations in utilization management, quality and case management. His hospital experience includes medicine-surgery, cardiac and case management, and long-term care. Ms. Watson holds a master’s degree in nursing with a concentration in leadership and management. Ms. Watson is also certified in Case Management with the Commission for Case Management and a Certified Technical Trainer.
Mr. Taylor’s clinical experience has been in a variety of settings and organizations ranging from acute care nursing to care coordination. As a travel nurse, he has worked in a variety of healthcare settings specializing in all areas of critical care. Mr. Taylor has worked both in the hospital and in the payer community. He has held leadership positions in utilization review and case management. He developed on-site utilization management programs, acted as a case manager in acute care facilities and recovery facilities, and provided direct supervision from both levels to the national level.
