CMD, CMPDI, Manoj Kumar, inaugurated the two-day workshop on “Stress Management through Happy Life” at Rabindra Bhawan, CMPDI organized in association with Indian Institute of Yoga and Management (IIYM), Haryana in part of the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsov celebrations here on Saturday.
Speaking on the occasion, Kumar said that in today’s world we thrive on performance, competition and perfection, which leads to an insidious increase in stress and stress damage is often underestimated. Nowadays, society and work put unprecedented pressure on people and the signs of stress are omnipresent and its consequences are numerous. He emphasized inner peace, contentment, continuing to try to find happiness and cherishing small moments of joy and a perfect balance of work, rest and meditation helps us lead a happy life.
In the opening session, Rajeev Kumar Nair (Gyanamritji) from IIYM emphasized positive attitude, gratitude, self-motivation, etc., to lead a successful and peaceful life.
Amaresh Jha, Motivational Trainer/Acharya from IIYM focused on thought process, investing in self-determination and self-determination and different personal development traits.
AKSingh, Director IIYM, ex-CMD, BCCL emphasized that physical, mental, social and spiritual well-being are necessary for a healthy and happy life.
This workshop honored General Managers/Heads of Departments, employees and their family members as well as people from neighboring regions of CMPDI.
