Mumbai, 28th February 2020 : The third edition of India’s first and only Housing Company Management Exhibition – ‘Housing Society Management Show 2020’ (HSMS 2020) held on 7th, 8th and 9th February 2020 in Mumbai had everything on a grander scale in terms of total space occupied, variety of exhibitor offerings and visitor profile over three show days.

Commenting on the steady growth of this show over the past three years, Y Mukund Rao – Organizer of HSMS 2020 said, “This year, in addition to well-known city dignitaries visiting and enjoying the show, our main target visitors at HSMS 2020 included 3,212 unique housing corporations of which 85% were housing corporation decision makers”.

The 1,350 square meter net exhibit space at HSMS 2020 occupying two floors had 87 exhibitors showcasing more than 105 different categories of products and services useful to housing companies. Speaking at the inauguration of HSMS 2020, Hon. Shri Ashish Shelar – MLA, BJP said “this exhibition is a great initiative for housing companies”. The current Mayor of Mumbai – Smt Kishori Pednekar during her visit to HSMS 2020 was amazed by the various services and products available for housing companies. Commenting on the show, the Mayor of Mumbai said that at HSMS one can see and understand how professional services and products should be used in our living space. The mayor praised the show and said that “this exhibition will contribute to the further development of relations between service providers and company officials. On the other hand, Prashant Gaikwad – Deputy Municipal Commissioner at MCGM while visiting the exhibition booths was impressed with a variety of products and services to manage housing corporations.

Simultaneously holding interactive sessions in the conference room allowed participants and visitors to understand why it is important to obtain professional services in our living space. There were over 30 presentations and over 40 experts related to the housing society vertical.
