Bombay (Maharashtra) [India], Jan. 29 (ANI / NewsView): India’s first and only Housing Society Management Show – “Housing Society Management Show 2020” (HSMS 2020) to roll out its third edition from February 7-9, 2020, all the days from 11 am to 8 pm at the Nehru Center in Worli in Mumbai.
This unique exhibition is the common platform for members of housing societies and a wide range of professional / certified service providers / manufacturers which will include over 50 categories – electrical, plumbing, sanitation, leaks, cementing, color, paint, fire safety, CC TV Surveillance, access control systems, automatic barriers, composting machines for organic waste, solar energy and rainwater harvesting systems, legal advice, among others.
“Maharashtra has millions of members residing in more than 4.2 lakh of registered housing companies in the state. Making our life and workplace calm, peaceful and pleasant must be the guiding principle of all companies,” said Mukund Rao, organizer of the “Housing Society Management Show 2020″. .
“Having lived in a housing company myself for years, I understand the volume of mandatory and non-mandatory requirements of any company, many of which are recurring in nature,” he added.
Rao added, “We realized that this huge segment had gone unanswered for years, and also lacked a common platform where professional service providers / manufacturers on the one hand and those seeking those services, i.e. the members / office holders of the companies on the other hand, can meet, connect, communicate and carry out transactions whereby the members of the companies not only find solutions to their existing and future problems, but also get good value for money service / products for maintenance and improvements in their respective companies.
Members of over 4,000 housing and commerce companies are expected to visit this exhibit to attend, meet and interact with over 50 different categories of knowledgeable and certified sellers under one roof. And who knows that many have been looking to solve certain problems in their company for years, can find their solution here instantly and at ease!
The Expo has already secured support from the Maharashtra Societies Welfare Association (MSWA), the Professional Housekeepers’ Association (PHA), the V Citizens Action Network (VCAN), the National Solid Waste Association of India (NSWAI), Indian Pest Control Association (IPCA).
